So there I was.
Stranded, sweat on my brow and rage in my heart.
But I continued up that piece of shit mountain.
Now, I don’t know if it was the blazing sun beating down on me or just my mind playing tricks on me but… I began to feel the gaze of a thousand eyes preying down on me.
Reality began to set in.
But this reality isn’t actuality in this fucked up, twisted and contorted spit of land.
Now i’ve heard the stories bout’ men never coming back, and the few that did, well, they weren’t men so much, not after what had been done to them.
I traveled through the valley of Savages where ill hearted vultures outweigh the innocence of what mankind used to be.
And yet I knew, this was only the beginning.
Y’all know me
Still the same old Siege, everything low-key
Chasing fame, ain't shit really changed but the name but the flow still so unholy
No friends, no need
Need a Jolie nigga middle finger to the police
Mad at me because I actually had some dreams passed bagging up groceries
Now days everybody wanna talk, been a king since I learned how to walk
Get down low mother fucker pay homage, people got eyes but they still stay blinded
Welcome to the place where Faith can’t find us
End of the world nigga everything timeless
Born in the wild, please don’t mind us
Cause when you in the jungle you can’t tame lions, God
Going dumb on the beat, pack come through leave blood on street
Only thing left is bones in our teeth, everything on fire that’s gorgeous to me
What can I say yo a man’s gotta eat
I done seen good friends just lie through their teeth
Keep shit real no snakes in the team man
Your ass can’t grow till’ you yank all the weeds
Hold up, stop the rhyme
I ain't in a rush got lots of time
I ain't never really been the talking kind
Niggas change more times than Optimus Prime
Shady ass dudes can’t stop the shine, it’s a whole lot of cops doing lots of crime
While the innocent men doing all the time
The real Wasteland ain't hard to find
Deal after deal, contract after contract and still nothing was full proof.
It was time to cut their throats before they slit mine.
It was more than about saving the girl and bringing her back, nah, this was about respect.
Because you see in the Wasteland respect is the only dignity a man has left when dealing with such monsters.
There’s really only two types of people: humans, and monsters; and these mother fuckers… they was monsters.
Y’all know us
Still saying real stuff
Ain't shit changed up
Walk through the land where the demons live
I just wanna stay real like Geppetto’s kid
Turn up the bass hoe raise the mids, see even as a kid I saw lots of shit
People thought I never would amount to shit
A blood test only time you niggas positive
Now days everybody wanna talk, got bars like a hand full of chalk
They say I got em’ up in arms, I’m racially charged
God damn, frankly i’m shocked
Politicking, we just want to know if God is listening
This what happens when too many fathers missing
Heating up and you dudes can’t stop the friction
Never cut a man’s throat but the thought is tempting
I’m a son of a gun guess that means i’m a bullet, my shit is the truest
I wonder if Lincoln would sit in that booth if he knew it, would change up the future
A thousand more years couldn’t make me wiser
Can’t see the truth till’ you change the visor
The truth ain't always as far as it seems, ain't nothing but sand in the land of the Kings
As the winds lashed across her soft skin I glanced upon the work I did; 5 dead men, but the only one I overlooked was the only one that mattered.
The same knife that was pressed against her neck was now eight inches deep in the center of my back.
Face down, sand turned red she left me for dead, as I watched her walk further into the Wasteland.
Now, if there’s one thing I learned: the industry, she’s a real fuckin’ bitch.

Sorry not sorry
Pardon this army
Young Seige the new Marcus Garvey
Blacker the berry, sweeter juice uh
Darker the skin the tighter the noose
Truth prevails
Once they make hating a crime, go to jail
Nigga might save your life, post your bail
Church full of evil guys, holy hell
I’ma young voodoo child, know the spell
They don’t want you to win, want you to win
People dying in the streets all due to skin
Science says Africa’s the birthplace of man
Guess that means we really all niggas in the end
You see innocence, I see inner sin
Sick of asking, we bout to start blasting
Sick of waiting we bout to start taking
We occupy the spot and leave that mother fucker vacant
Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
Yo night is ours just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be
Just Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
We got riot for hours
Just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be
I done lost a lot of friends and some next of kin
Everybody mean well till the checks come in
Known to get rowdy, I’m black and proud
I hit like good weed, you just black and mild
I put a spell on you
I aint never been a damn foo
She wanna see my damn voodoo
My potion made her friend come too
I’ve always known the best crooks to wear suits and ties
Niggas hungry for the truth but consuming lies
Even heroes die, even killers cry
In every peaceful mind there’s a war inside
It’s fuck up how the world has destroyed our pride
You gotta take out a loan just to take a chick home
And by the time she finally let yo ass inside
You find out that pussy aint worth a dime
Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
Yo night is ours just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be
Just Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
We got riot for hours
Just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be
Why can't a black man go to college, who said white folks control the knowledge
why I gotta have dough huh? why I always gotta stunt, why can't I be myself round these hoes huh?
why I gotta rock a fade like the rest of yall fuck them Jays why I gotta look my best for yall?
why I gotta act nice, I don't eff wit yall, girl all I want is the sex, what we textin for?
The Seige keepin it real, why act? Why I only listen to rap music just cause I'm black
why I can't like rock? why I gotta sell rocks, why can't I try stocks huh?
why I walk into a store and they don't treat me right? is it cause my nose big they don't treat me white?
why I turn into a killer if I'm seen at night? 90s kids but we know what them 60s like
why can't Taz be a part of the upper class? why I only gotta like girls for tits and ass?
why I gotta carry guns just to kill my race, but do nothing to the cops that will beat my face
why I gotta look in the mirror and hate myself and take drugs to the head till I ain't myself?
why my pops ain't around? why there ain't no men? and why am I expected to grow up and be like him?
Hey yo,
Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
Yo night is ours just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be
Just Fight the Power
Ignite the Towers
We got riot for hours
Just Fight the Power
We gotta fight the powers that be

Demons

I used to think the sky was made of blue flowers cuz
Used to have to stir the Kool-Aid for hours blood
These white lines rule the world, that’s a power drug
Same way the government blew the towers up
Guess that’s what I get for living in America
Where we’re just trying to write the story for our character
Trying to fuck a French model on a terrace but
They don’t let American werewolves in Paris bruh
These people telling me I sound like the old Ye’
See I don’t even change the pace on a slow day
I’m two seconds away from going OJ
Momma said I need to call my ex dis-o-bey
Somebody gonna get that and lose they mind
The police need rap music to boost their crime
They pull you over for a light, violate your rights
But niggas don’t ask shit they just do their time
Who you gon be when the world gets fried
Listen to your friend, it’s the voice inside
If you lose me where the hell you gonna go
Take somebodies life who the hell gonna know
Who you gon be when the world gets fried
Listen to your friend, it’s the voice inside
If you lose me where the hell you gonna go
Take somebodies life who the hell gonna know
You choose live or die
Politicians gettin’ high on their own supply
We the truest truest, the Us Us, the land where American dreams go to die
I’m on some Dreymond shit, no Tayshaun Prince
Killing beats every night, graveyard shift
Played the nice in the passed and they tried to use me
Had to switch the game up and go Bonaduce
Niggas sleeping on the kid, who’s supplying the roofies huh
Young Max aint got time for goofies
Groups and groups and groups of groupies can’t
Ease the pain that’s running through me
Just a whole bunch of zombies like Call of Duty
How you tune in when the world is looney
How you shine when the times is gloomy huh
You don’t like being judged then sue me, woah
Who you gon be when the world gets fried
Listen to your friend, it’s the voice inside
If you lose me where the hell you gonna go
Take somebodies life who the hell gonna know
You know where we been, face down in the mud
Keep it real we’ve always like the taste of blood
So when you done being nice, and things go South
Keep in mind, always time to let the demons out
I can’t lie my mind is lost in time, can you help me find it
I’m just being honest
I can’t lie my mind is lost in time, can you help me find it
I’m just being honest
It’s like I can’t sit still up in my seat
I’m like a brand new person every week
Way too busy splitting personalities
Maybe I can find the answers in my sleep
